Project Description

​

The Arctic Pad® was selected for REM Offshores' new-build under construction at the Kleven Verft shipyard.  The package output was designed for anti-icing and de-icing per the 2013 DNV Winterization Guidelines for safe access to escape routes and lifesaving equipment from all points on the vessel. The scope of supply additionally included Arctic Pads throughout the cargo rails from bow to stern.  AMS® fluently collaborated with the yard for the heat output to account for their existing winterization equipment and control system being installed on the vessel.

 

AMS® exceeded customer service, support and delivery expectations ensuring a smooth transition with minimal impact on yard operations..  The engineers were thrilled with this turnkey solution and rapid installation.
